TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WDA Movers LLC, a moving company located in Springfield, Oregon ("WDA Movers"), and you ("Customer"), a user of WDA Movers’ services.

SERVICES
WDA Movers provides residential and commercial moving services to Customers. By using WDA Movers’ services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. PAYMENT
WDA Movers’ fees for its services are set forth in its pricing schedule, which is available upon request. Payment for services is due upon completion of the move.
3. LIABILITY
WDA Movers offers two different liability options to Customers for their move: Released Value Protection and Replacement Cost Protection.
Released Value Protection is the basic liability option and is included in the cost of the move.
Under this option, WDA Movers' liability for any loss or damage to a Customer's property during the move is limited to $0.60 per pound per article. For example, if a 100-pound piece of furniture were lost or damaged during the move, WDA Movers' liability would be limited to $60 (i.e. 100 lbs. x $0.60 per pound).
Replacement Cost Protection is an additional liability option that provides more comprehensive coverage. Under this option, WDA Movers' liability for any loss or damage to a Customer's property during the move is based on the replacement cost of the item, not its weight.
Customers who choose this option must declare the value of their shipment in writing prior to the move and pay an additional fee based on the declared value. The fee for Replacement Cost Protection is $10 per $1,000 of declared value, subject to a minimum fee of $50.
Please note that the liability options offered by WDA Movers are not insurance and do not cover damages caused by natural disasters, acts of war, or other events beyond WDA Movers' control.
By choosing a liability option, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of that option.
4. CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel their move up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date without penalty. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled move date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total cost of the move.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WDA Movers and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Customer’s use of WDA Movers’ services.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
8. AMENDMENTS
This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a writing executed by both parties.
By using WDA Movers’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
